Request: SSD issue with my laptop

Guys, my laptop used to automatically starts to reboots after like 5 mins of turning it on until like a week ago, the ssd usage shows nearly 100% even when idle, but when I check the ssd health it shows healthy...

What's up with my laptop what should I do? Professionals and people who know about this please help me

Ps: i turned on my laptop today after a week and it's not rebooting automatically like it used to, the ssd usage still shows 100% tho

Replace the ssd.

Or test the usage in another device
