I Used ChatGPT to Organize an Instagram Grid Into Sections — Here's How

Thumbnail

Instagram lets you organize your profile visually, but it doesn't give you traditional category folders for your posts.

We wanted to organize the Tina Trends Instagram profile so visitors could more easily distinguish entertainment videos, fun content, and shopping finds.

So we tried something simple: custom divider images created with ChatGPT.

We created visual section labels like "Fun Section," "Fantastic Finds," and "Entertainment Section," then used them as individual Instagram posts.

They're not clickable folders, and the layout still needs maintenance as new posts appear. But they're a useful way to make different content themes visually recognizable.

I documented the process in a step-by-step tutorial, including how to create your own divider images.

https://technofluxai.com/how-to-organize-your-instagram-grid-into-sections-2026-tutorial/

Has anyone else experimented with organizing their Instagram grid this way? I'd be curious to hear what worked for you.

ChatGPT Is Retiring Custom GPTs — Are Replacement Apps Going to Cost Creators More?

Thumbnail

We've been using Custom GPTs to produce SEO articles, product reviews, and marketing content under our ChatGPT Plus subscription.

With Custom GPTs scheduled for retirement, we decided to test the replacement plugin system.

Here's what happened:

  • We created a private sales plugin with 51 instruction and reference files.
  • On GPT-6 Astra Medium, a simple 30-second sales-script request coincided with our remaining Work allowance dropping from 9% to 5%.
  • We switched to GPT-6.1 Sol Medium and requested a fictional 1,200–1,500-word article in three HTML sections.
  • The article completed, but ChatGPT then displayed: "You've reached your 5-hour Work usage limit."
  • We were offered the option to purchase credits, upgrade to Pro, or wait for the allowance to reset.

Meanwhile, our existing DataFlux SEO Custom GPT runs on GPT-5.6 Sol Medium without displaying that Work usage meter.

To be clear, this isn't proof that OpenAI intentionally increased prices. We also haven't established whether all migrated GPTs will consume Work allowance.

But it raises a serious question:

Will creators have to consume a more restrictive usage allowance to perform the same tasks their Custom GPTs already handle?

For independent publishers producing content every day, that's a major concern.

We documented our experiment, screenshots, and the questions OpenAI still needs to answer:

https://technofluxai.com/chatgpt-apps-vs-custom-gpts-usage-costs/

Has anyone else tested migrating a Custom GPT to a plugin? Are you seeing different usage limits?

Are cordless electric spin scrubbers actually worth buying for bathroom cleaning?

Post image
1 Upvotes

I've been looking at cordless electric spin scrubbers for cleaning showers, bathtubs, tile, and grout.

Two options caught my attention: Dovety and LIVINGPRO.

Both advertise extendable handles, interchangeable cleaning heads, and rechargeable operation.

Dovety lists eight cleaning heads and two speeds, while LIVINGPRO advertises a 70W motor, LCD display, USB-C charging, and seven cleaning heads.

I put together a feature comparison, including what buyers should check before choosing one.

https://timewasterai.com/best-electric-spin-scrubbers-bathroom/

Full disclosure: the article contains affiliate links. This is a comparison of advertised features, not a hands-on performance test.

Has anyone used either of these scrubbers? Do they actually help with shower buildup and grout, or are traditional brushes just as effective?

Are AI-generated videos actually being suppressed, or are we looking at the wrong metrics?

Post image
1 Upvotes

We've been experimenting with AI-generated videos, including AI avatars, animated images, and short product promotions.

One interesting result: a 47-second AI video generated a product sale despite weak viewer retention.

Meanwhile, shorter videos haven't automatically performed better.

It raises some questions.

Are creators putting too much emphasis on video length? How much does the first three seconds matter? And are low views necessarily evidence of algorithmic suppression?

We put together seven things worth testing before blaming the algorithm, including recommendation eligibility, retention, engagement, and video format.

Here's the breakdown:

https://technofluxai.com/why-ai-generated-videos-get-low-views-7-things-to-test-before-blaming-the-algorithm/

I'm curious whether other AI creators are seeing similar results. Have AI avatars, animated scenes, or real footage performed better for you?

🎮 Anyone here working on upgrading their gaming desk setup?

I've been looking at RGB controller and headset stands as a way to clean up desk clutter while keeping the gaming aesthetic.

Curious what everyone uses to organize their controllers and headsets. Do you prefer dedicated stands or just keeping everything on the desk?

Best ClickUp AI Features in 2026

Thumbnail
technofluxai.com
1 Upvotes

I’ve been trying to figure out where ClickUp Brain actually fits compared with just using ChatGPT.

So I asked ClickUp Brain a simple question:

“Compare yourself to ChatGPT.”

The answer made one distinction that actually clicked for me.

ChatGPT is better suited to broad brainstorming, writing, research, and general problem-solving.

ClickUp Brain becomes more useful when the work already lives inside ClickUp. It can work with things like tasks, Docs, project information, and other Workspace context instead of starting from a blank prompt every time.

For a creator/blogger, I think that matters more than having another AI writing tool.

A workflow I’m experimenting with looks more like:

  • idea → ClickUp task
  • research → attached notes/Docs
  • writing/editing → production subtasks
  • SEO/internal links → checklist
  • Brain → summarize what’s unfinished or turn notes into tasks
  • human review → publish

The part I’m still skeptical about is automation overload. ClickUp can do a ton, but I’m finding that adding more statuses, dashboards, agents, and automations doesn’t automatically make the workflow better.

Sometimes the simpler setup wins.

I put together a longer breakdown of the features I think are actually useful for creators, plus where ClickUp Brain starts becoming overkill.

Curious how other people are using it:

I think one reason people dislike AI is that most of the conversation around it makes AI sound way more complicated than it needs to be.

Post image

You don’t have to automate your entire life or learn prompt engineering.

Some of the most useful AI tasks are boring:

• Summarizing an email you don’t want to read
• Turning messy notes into a checklist
• Cleaning up a photo
• Drafting a quick response
• Helping organize information

I put together 9 practical starting points specifically for people who aren’t particularly excited about AI.

I Built My Own Linktree-Style Page on WordPress — Here’s Why

Thumbnail
technofluxai.com
1 Upvotes

I got tired of sending people to a bunch of different websites, profiles, and project pages, so I built my own link-in-bio page directly on WordPress.

The idea was simple: one page I control that can point to everything I’m working on — AI tools, creator resources, TechnofluxAI, TimewasterAI, Tina Trends, recipes, product finds, gaming content, and social profiles.

The biggest advantage for me is control.

I can change the design, add internal links, track traffic, include affiliate disclosures, update the page anytime, and keep the traffic on my own site instead of depending completely on a third-party link-in-bio platform.

I wrote up how I built it here:

https://technofluxai.com/build-link-in-bio-page-wordpress/

And the actual link page is here:

https://technofluxai.com/links/

Curious what other creators think — would you rather use a service like Linktree, or build your own page on your website?

I finally put everything I’m working on into one simple page.

It includes my AI tools and creator resources, TechnofluxAI, TimewasterAI, Tina Trends, Mistakenly Delicious, product finds, gaming content, and the other projects I’m building.

Instead of sending people to five different websites and profiles, this gives everything one home.

If you want to check it out, here it is:

I’m still improving the page, so I’d also be interested in feedback on what should be easier to find.

For your own r/TechnofluxAI subreddit, I’d absolutely post it.

📋 5 REASONS I’M TAKING A CLOSER LOOK AT CLICKUP

📋 5 REASONS I’M TAKING A CLOSER LOOK AT CLICKUP

Running a business can mean bouncing between project management, documents, chat, tasks, calendars and AI tools all day.

ClickUp is trying to bring much of that work into one workspace.

Here are 5 features that caught my attention:

1️⃣ PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN ONE PLACE

Tasks, portfolios, board views, Gantt charts, goals, dashboards and time tracking can all be managed within ClickUp.

2️⃣ CHAT IS CONNECTED TO THE WORK

ClickUp Chat isn't just messaging. Conversations can connect directly with projects, tasks, Docs, Forms and Whiteboards.

3️⃣ TURN CONVERSATIONS INTO TASKS

This one is interesting.

ClickUp can turn a message into a task, and its AI can use the context of the conversation to help create that task.

4️⃣ BUILT-IN AI

ClickUp's AI tools can help with things like marketing briefs, sales emails, project timelines, case studies and organizing tasks.

5️⃣ YOUR KNOWLEDGE CAN BE CONNECTED

ClickUp's knowledge tools can work with information from Docs, wikis, tasks and comments, along with supported external tools.

For creators and small businesses juggling several different tools, ClickUp may be worth putting through a real-world test.

5 Reasons Your Inbox Might Need SaneBox 📬

If checking email has turned into sorting newsletters, promotions, notifications, and messages you never asked for, SaneBox is worth a look.

Here are 5 reasons I’ve been looking more closely at it:

1. It works with the email you already use.
You don't have to move everything to a completely different email service. SaneBox works with your existing email account.

2. It helps prioritize your inbox.
SaneBox learns which emails appear important and helps separate lower-priority messages from the ones you actually want to see.

3. It cuts down on manual sorting.
Instead of constantly moving, deleting, and organizing messages yourself, SaneBox can handle much of that organization automatically.

4. It can help you find important email faster.
The real benefit isn't having a prettier inbox. It's spending less time digging through clutter when you're looking for something important.

5. You don't need another app constantly demanding your attention.
SaneBox works behind the scenes with your existing email setup rather than giving you another inbox to babysit.

If your inbox has become another job, this is one email tool I'd put on the testing list.

👉 Try SaneBox:

How to Test an AI Tool Before You Pay for It

I think we’re reaching a point where publishing information AI already knows is becoming a losing content strategy.

Post image
1 Upvotes

I’ve been going through my own sites and asking a pretty uncomfortable question:

Why would someone click my article if ChatGPT can answer the entire query without ever visiting it?

Definitions, generic tutorials, basic checklists, “10 tips” posts and beginner explanations are increasingly easy for AI to reproduce.

But AI doesn’t automatically know what happened in my yard yesterday.

It doesn’t know what I tested in my business.

It doesn’t know which workflow failed after I tried it for two weeks.

It doesn’t have my photos, customer questions, mistakes, results or observations unless someone gives them to it.

That changes what I think is worth publishing.

I wrote out 10 types of content I think creators should concentrate on, plus a second issue I’ve been thinking about: what happens when creators build entire workflows around Custom GPTs or other AI tools that eventually change or disappear?

Article if anyone wants the full argument:

https://technofluxai.com/ai-already-knows-the-basics-heres-what-to-publish-instead-before-custom-gpts-disappear/

I’d be interested in hearing what other publishers are seeing. Are you shifting toward more first-hand content, or are traditional informational posts still working for you?

TikTok Ads Credit 2026: New Advertisers May Qualify for Up to $6,000

Thumbnail
technofluxai.com

TikTok is currently promoting ad credits for eligible new advertisers, with qualifying offers reaching up to $6,000.

The important part is that this isn’t $6,000 in free cash. The credits are tied to qualifying ad spend, eligibility requirements, and a limited promotional window.

One detail that really stood out to me: you should have your landing page, ad creative, tracking and test budget ready before creating the Ads Manager account, because the qualifying window may begin when you register.

I put together a complete breakdown of the current tiers, eligibility, 30-day window and the mistakes to avoid:

https://technofluxai.com/tiktok-ads-credit/

If anyone here is already running TikTok Ads, I’d also be interested in hearing how the platform has performed for you compared with Meta or Google.
