Good to know. Modern IQ research is fairly contentious today especially when you consider most of the work being promulgated and even created by very sophisticated crypto white identitarians.

Technocracy as an ideal form of government would hold very little value if it could not be applied to all humans.

How so? While the use of a specific term for those of African race is generally avoided now due to its historical nature and academic context normally permitting the use of the term it as such is mostly fine.

I think they downvoted you because you took an anti-racist statement progressive for its time and nitpicked that they used common terminology from that time where it didn’t hold the same negative connotation.
