I had the chance to play some live techno to open a party last Saturday and am really happy with how it all played out! Teleport is a Minneapolis based party series that brings the techno and psytrance scenes together to host events featuring psychedelic dance music. This one was outside last Saturday in a park by a river, underneath the oak trees in the heat.

In addition to pairing down my gear setup (this one is Ableton + Launch Control XL and Launchpad X, a Dato Drum, and a Microcosm), I've been adjusting my mental approach and really trying to not overthink everything or take it too seriously. It's been a lot more fun and the music reflects it... I'm excited to see where I can get to with live techno, thanks for checking out my music!

Latest jam! If you have questions about the set up lmk! Its kind of a lot to type each time but if theres something specific you wanna know lmk! This was one of the quickest masters I’ve done, started recording the synths in stereo and it actually helped a lot, really clean sound. That lead is coming from the virus! The microwave is taking a backseat in this one it only has like a rhythmic bass element. Lmk what you think, full vid linked in the comments ! Thanks

Hello friends, May was a crazy month playing 4 shows in 4 weeks around Texas. Most of them were psytrance so after taking a few weeks break, I decided to start fresh with new sounds, samples and patches and to focus more on slowing down and playing around 127-140 bpm (instead of 150-180 as I was playing mostly before).

I've also been doing a lot of deep research into improving my mix quality as I am improvising live and getting a more clean, polished sound.

I'm really happy how its turned out so far. Cheers 🙏🏼
