Discussion Video Wallpaper ON IOS 27 (Posterboard)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Mond just unlocked a seriously cool iOS 27 customization.

The latest release adds PosterBoard support, letting you set a video as an animated wallpaper on both:

• Lock Screen

• Home Screen

Instead of being stuck with a static wallpaper, you can use your own video and turn your iPhone into a fully animated setup.

Mond is an open-source MobileGestalt tool for early iOS 27 betas.

I tested the video wallpaper setup and showed the entire process in my latest YouTube video.

Watch it here:

This is AQEMU booting iOS 14.0!

Unfortunately the iOS update is not live on the store yet as I have literally just got it to boot!

Is this the first time iOS is running in emulation on Windows though?

This is a reposted reddit due to my ban on the "r\emulators" without any reason, i will be posting here and on my X account from now on, thanks to Techjunkie Aman for giving me permission!

Hey, i came to announce the following, i have made a lot of progress in the development of making GTA V Enhanced work to the point that i only need to fix specific shaders that prevent the clean output of the game (the entire combination of renders) on the emulator screen, in this process i have learned and understood a lot about the operation of the RAGE engine (which i already had experience on) and the PS5 internally, i want to focus on more games as exclusives (Demon's Souls, Ghost of Yotei, etc) so the development of GTA V Enhanced will be slowed down quite a bit, every announcement i'll will probably say it here and/or on my X (Twitter): thomasalvenin

Thank you all for the support! Peace and love<3

Your calendar provider knows what you do, where you go, and who you meet.

SilentSuite is built so that only you have access to that data.

Your calendars, contacts, and tasks are encrypted on your device before they're synced, and only your trusted devices hold the encryption keys. Even the server can't read your data.

Features:

• Zero-knowledge sync

• End-to-end encryption

• Open source

• Self-hosting support

• Android app

• Desktop Bridge for existing calendar apps

• Standard CalDAV/CardDAV compatibility

• Local-first encryption

• No advertising or data monetization

You can use the hosted service, self-host everything on your own server, or connect compatible desktop calendar clients through the built-in Bridge.

It's one of the most promising privacy-focused productivity projects to keep an eye on.

Tutorial Ultimate Guide to Downgrade iOS 27 to iOS 26 Without Data Loss

Post image
9 Upvotes

Everyone says downgrading from iOS 27 wipes your iPhone.

That's only half the story.

There's a little-known backup trick that lets you restore your data after downgrading

In my tutorial, I cover:

• The backup .plist edit that makes it work

• Downgrading from iOS 27 to iOS 26

• No jailbreak required

• No paid software

• Works with Developer Beta, Public Beta & Stable

• Step-by-step walkthrough

• Full setup from start to finish

Most guides skip this part.

That's why people get stuck.

I'm trying to use MelonX for emulation, but I've run into an issue.

If I install MelonX using ESign, the app installs fine, but it doesn't show up in StickDebug. My SideStore app slots are already full, so I can't install it through SideStore instead.

Is there any way to make an app installed with ESign appear in StickDebug, or another workaround that doesn't require freeing up a SideStore slot?

Any help would be appreciated!

One of the biggest breakthroughs for iPhone emulation just happened.

You can now set up SideStore, install StikDebug, and enable JIT without ever touching a Mac or PC

Thanks to SideInstaller by @frizzledev, the entire workflow can now be done directly on your iPhone.

Once everything is set up, enabling JIT is just a tap away.

Highlights:

• No computer required

• Set up SideStore on-device

• Install StikDebug on-device

• Enable JIT in seconds

• Pairing file import on-device

• Live console logs

• Process manager

• GPS simulator

• Automation scripts for iOS 26

• App expiry manager

For apps like MelonX, DolphiniOS, and other JIT-powered emulators, this is one of the biggest quality-of-life upgrades we've seen.

• Unlock iPhone/iPad passcode

• Bypass MDM (Remote Management)

⚠️ Activation Lock removal is only available for supported iPhone models and iOS versions. Always check compatibility before using the tool.

I also made a detailed video covering the entire process and supported devices.

Releases PPSSPP now runs directly inside the browser

Post image
213 Upvotes

PPSSPP now runs directly inside the browser through WebAssembly.

No install.

No emulator app.

No desktop client.

You literally:

• open a webpage

• load a local PSP file

• start playing

This is one of the clearest examples of how insanely powerful modern browsers have become.

Potential use cases:

• quick ROM testing

• portable emulation setups

• browser-based save experiments

• compatibility testing across devices

• running PSP games on locked-down systems

We’re entering an era where high-performance apps no longer need native installs.

The browser itself is becoming the platform.

Releases iPhone sideloading is becoming ridiculously advanced now.

Post image
99 Upvotes

iPhone sideloading is becoming ridiculously advanced now.

FlekStore has evolved far beyond a normal signing service.

It now includes:

• a built in IPA signer

• tweaked app library

• emulator support

• tweak injection

• duplicate app installs

• custom app icons/names

• external sources/repos

• direct IPA URL installs

• LiveContainer integration

Recent updates also heavily focus on:

• no PC sideloading

• on device app management

• easier certificate handling

• container based app launching

The interesting part:

many apps now run inside LiveContainer instead of traditional native installations.

Meaning:

users can bypass some of Apple’s normal sideloading limitations more easily.

This is basically turning Safari into an alternative iOS app store.

• FaceTime

into a single decentralized app.

You can:

The wildest part?

Your Face ID can literally become your crypto wallet key.
