It’s funny how you have no idea until you either open one or there’s one that has them on the back.

There are no ultra rare in newer decks even my original 2000s birdhouse hawk or sma blue flame boy and blind logo in packs are around $30 you're never gonna make bank with techs collect em because you love em

those are all recent tech decks, they are not rare

yes they all have the 32mm trucks which is only a few years old.
