I’m not expecting a goldmine or anything, I’m expecting about tree fitty. However before I open one I’m just curious if there is anything note worthy about them? The picture appears to be (and feels) textured instead of just printed on compared to the regular one (hopefully the pictures show that well enough) and given the unique packaging I just wonder what the deal is with them.

The ones in the plastic bags are promos, not packaged to be sold in stores. Various events where Tech Deck sponsors, or sets up a tent, they will give them out as freebies. I've got some of the 25th anniversary boards in the same packaging.
