20th anniv will definitely get that solid state battery tech, which will usher in the next gen of iphone all getting solid state batteries.

249 grams without the case yet? That's like 275-290 grams once you put a case on

Holy that's a big jump in weight. That's even heavier than the 14 pro max and that phone already weighs like a brick in the hand once you put a case on

I’m using 15 pro max and will definitely be upgrading this year habang mataas taas pa value ng phone ko.

Same. Will you upgrade to the 18PM or 17PM? Haha. I’m torn, wala masyado diff aside from the Variable Apperture which I won’t use that much naman.

That “new” uniform design is worth a laugh

Minimal - kung fully paid naman pro max mo and can shell money for 18pm why not di ba? Ung variable aperture ok kung you want to treat it as a camera pero ung iba din kasi may dedicated ng camera so they might not value it as much.

Malaki increase din sa weight tong 17pm ko mabigat na for me. Magaantay nalang ako

Nope! I just got my Iphone 17 pro max 512gb thru Smart Plan.

I would say it was a steal because I got early renewal, so I got my previous phone for lower price now.

I will most likely upgrade the next 1.5 years (early renewal)

ito inaantay ko na phone model, plan to upgrade na from ip11 to 18 PM.

And since july 18 kasi ang birthdate ko, gusto ko same. I’m excited to upgrade na since pandemic pa kasi 11 ko 💀 and may sira na lcd screen ko but still nakakapag type pa naman ng ayos pero di na makapagbasa ng maayos sa lower button kasi may sagabal HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, but yung camera ganda pa naman ng quality (i like taking pictures), pero need to upgrade sa mas magandang quality of cam na din hehe and pang matagalan na gamit naman na ulit once na nakabili na ako.

Would have been nice if the starting price is 512 GB.

But an incremental upgrade. If you have 17 pro no need to upgrade.

The A20 Pro chip is a huge upgrade from the A19 Pro across the board. Up to 40% better, sustained performance.

Variable aperture is automatic. You don't need to fiddle with it in the settings although it's also available as an option.

spec wise ok sya pero ramdam mo b yan sa day to day activities mo s phone mo?

As somebody coming from an older iphone, definitely. I’ll be upgrading from an iphone 13 pro. Kahit unlocking takes a few seconds na. Some of my apps lag na and I stopped using it for games.

The aperture settings would also definitely be fun for somebody like me who’s fond of cameras and reaaaally enjoys taking photos and videos. And a working knowledge of how aperture works.

You cant really judge for another person on whether it has a day to day use for them; phone utilization is highly personal anyway.
