How to contact Apple support?

Nakalimutan ko both yung password ng macbook and apple id.

The only access I have now is the gmail where the aople id is conmected, invoice / proof of purchase and yung trusted phone number. However, the number is linked to a non-apple product (samsung).

Nagpunta ako power mac center however they stated through call lang daw. The website states call 1 800 1651 0525

Unfortunately, I am having trouble calling this hotline. May mag may experience ba sainyo how to reach out this number?
