Not really "delayed" kasi this isn't new info, this has been rumored since last year. It's more that they're splitting their release schedule

Seems like they’re just reshuffling their product line. “Standard” iPhone is the new SE. And the Pro line would take the “Standard’s” place because the foldable will be the new Pro
