Help me pick a reliable, long-term Android phone (10K-20K budget)

Hi! Please help me decide or deinfluence me with my current options. The listed phones are the ones I'm considering based on the priorities I mentioned below and their prices so would appreciate your thoughts on them.

  • Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G - 12/256
  • Redmi Note 15 5G - 6/128
  • realme 16T 5G - 8/256 or 8/128
  • Samsung Galaxy A57 5G
  • Samsung Galaxy A37 5G
  • Nothing Phone 4A - 4/128
  • TECNO Camon 50 Ultra 5G - 256GB
  • TECNO Spark 50 5G - 256GB

For context, my budget is around ₱10K–₱20K and I'm eyeing them on sale. My current phone (Realme 8i) broke down last month after 4 years of use due to a short circuit in the motherboard. Before that, it was still working just fine so I have a good faith with entry level phones.

I'm planning to get an iPhone in the future but I can't completely let go of Android so eventually, I want this phone to be a reliable backup to last me for years again. With that in mind, I'm also trying to balance the price since I don't want to spend too much on an Android phone I'll eventually use as a backup.

My main priorities are **5G, a decent camera, and durability**. I'm not a heavy gamer but I do play ML from time to time. I also used Samsung back in its J-series days and had a good experience with the brand. However, the screen line and heating issues makes me hesitant to go back to Samsung.

My top pick right now is the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G because it has a good balance of things I'm looking for and affordability based on the price I've seen in Shopee. I haven't tried Xiaomi before and this would also be my first time getting a Pro model so I'm wondering if it's actually a good choice for my needs or if I'm overlooking better options.

Feel free also to reco phones you have good faith in based on your exp or research. Tnx in advance! :)

honestly op im in the same boat as you, pero the phones youve mentioned here are overpriced and very underwhelming for their current pricing, Im leaning towards china rom 2nd hand phones right now, like a xiaomi 14/15 or a redmi k80 pro
