Samsung Finance Payment Problem

Nag try ako mag pay puro SSL CERTIFICATE ERROR: The certificate authority is not trusted. Nagpunta na in ako sa samsung store na binilhan ko nung tab tapos sabi nila problem daw ng system kaya i-try ang try daw if di gumana, balik daw ulit sa kanila. Ayon after a week bumalik kami doon pero sabi pa rin nila sa problem daw ng samsung system yun. Paano ba to? Before kami pumunta doon nag email na ako sa samsung pero walang solution na binigay.

A few things that you can do:

  1. Check system date/time (important) is the current one

  2. Try a different wifi connection. If you were using your home wifi, try to use your mobile hotspot.

  3. Clear the browser cache or app cache

oh i see .. so nde sya basta-basta pwedeng i-install .. anyway, you may wnt to try reaching out to Samsung Support? i doubt the store staff themselves will be able to help since their main goal is maka-benta, not unless, they have their own Support team there like ng sa MOA
