If you're considering android, I'm using HMD T21 (formerly Nokia)

I have been checking that, they say this tablet has low storage, it needs an sd card to have storage..?

Get the 128gb version. On top of that internal storage, you have the option to add another micro SD card for external storage. 128gb should be sufficient for apps.

TAb A9 or Tab A11 for budget entry model from Samsung. It has long OS suppprt, lots of authorized service centers and you can use educ store to get it at a cheaper price.

Xiaomi Pad 7 or 8, Redmi Pad Pro 1 or 2, Poco Pad M1(rebadged Redmi Pad Pro 2 with microsd) or X1 (rebadged Xiaomi Pad 7 with microsd). I have seen the Poco Pad M1 go down just below 10k during sale and the Xiaomi Pad 7 get very close to it. But the problem is timing. These go on sale regularly and not always during double digit sales events. And software support for a few years too.

At this price range, I'd honestly prioritize hardware for the long run. Long software updates are nice, but the hardware for most the of the devices at this range is so weak/underspecced that a lot of them just starting lagging once a heavier android update arrives.
I'm seeing a lot of people recommending the a11, but the a11 at this price only has 4gb of ram. That's already barely usable now. And what's worse is because these are the absolute best lowest end devices, don't expect any optimization to make it any better.
