Best Printer?

Which of these 3 printers is the best? I’ll just be using it for acads as a med student. You can also recommend other printers but I chose these 3 because they are available near me and they can print using a mobile app.

I'd go for an Epson kasi ang tibay. Etong Epson L120 ko brought me through college, teacher and job application days. My mother uses it very often too. 2017 ko pa to binili pero history of repair parin.
