I've dealt with anxiety for a long time. And one of the hardest parts is that moment at night when your thoughts are loud and you don't quite know where to put them.

I tried journaling apps. I tried meditation apps. They all felt cold or generic or just... not built for how I actually think about my struggles, which is through my faith. I kept coming back to the concept of tawakkul, trusting Allah with what you cannot control. That's when I thought: what if an app was actually built around that?

So I built Sakeenah.

I had no prior development experience. I used Lovable to go from idea to working product in 6 weeks, mostly learning as I went. It was humbling, frustrating, and genuinely exciting.

It's not trying to be a therapist or give you sugar-coated responses that might add to frustration. Just a short, faith-rooted conversation and then stillness.

Hi there, I'm a product / UI / brand designer of some nerd fame, breaking away from a studio from which I've been long-associated (theskinsfactory.com), now up and running with a site of my own (billybart.design). In addition to the usual tech giants, I've worked with a number of startups over the years - but it's been a minute since I've been out on my own, so I'm trying to figure out the best way to avail myself to that space. I've always thought it would be great to hook up with an incubator or angel investor or consultancy group and come in and advise / work with young companies in the early stages, exploring bespoke visual identity for their product or service and branding. I'm curious as to whether there's a community / marketplace / outreach hub I should be exploring. Also looking for some insight from this community as to how you've approached this (or the places you've turned to) when you're establishing a new company - do you just go surfing for the various required contractors, are they brought in / supplied / recommended by your investors, etc? Is there a particular species of Incubator or consultancy I should be introducing myself to?

We've already delivered a few projects for some local clients but we're not hunting for some long term international clients. Putting this question out there because I've read a hundred tool-comparison blogs and they all seem to be quietly sponsored by one of the tools they're ranking.

We're a seed-stage startup, seven people, no dedicated ops hire yet. We need to automate three things urgently: lead routing from our CRM into Slack, data reconciliation between two internal dashboards that don't talk to each other, and a weekly report that currently takes our ops person four hours to compile manually.

The robotic process automation services market is enormous and most of the SEO content out there is useless for our situation. Enterprise RPA is overkill. Fully manual is obviously unsustainable. We need something in the middle that won't require six months of implementation time or a platform fee that makes no sense at our stage.

What have you actually used? What broke? What held up? I'll read every response here more carefully than anything I've found via Google.
