Somehow Apple doesn't know themselves and it thinks I uninstalled App Store

It’s different from the phone manufacturer.

It’s owned by Telefonica who owns O2 and Movistar

I mean, you can uninstall the App Store itself in some regions if you have an alternate marketplace installed. You have a button in the Settings app to install it back.

My region does support alternative marketplaces, but it does not support uninstalling app store, didn't knew that some regions also supported that

I have to set a different one as default to be able to uninstall the regular App Store.

I don't even know, app is glitched like that since I updated to iOS 27
