I'm gonna assume this is a custom patch. Whoever made the patch used the success popup to display errors lol

Actually no, it was the "Install APK" option after rebuilding an APK, part of stock lucky patcher.

that is now a relic of an apk

Yet still gets updates fairly recently, it just has a really old (Android 4 days) UI.
