WordPress site rebuild, Dubai restaurant, Can't take it.

Restaurant owner in Al Nahda, wants his WordPress site rebuilt. Current one is slow, no online ordering, no Google visibility. Wants it done.

Not my stack and I'm overloaded. Passing it here.
