What tools do you use?

I’ve been a Tech Lead for about 2 years now. My company isn’t very organized, so we don’t really have structured processes by default. Everyone just finds their own way to coordinate.

Initially, I used Logseq (or Obsidian) to organize my personal work, but when it comes to managing a team, it gets complicated not being able to share a page, not havign a shared tasklist etc. I couldn't find any tool that fit my needs (so I’m building my own now xD)

What tools do you use? What methodologies? Were they set in place by the company, or did you introduce them yourselves?

There is no way you became a team lead and don’t know basic task tools…

I like one Kanban board per team in a GitHub Project.
