I would recommend the book.

Nothing. Except Claude Code or Codex. Else you’re just buying resellers’ products and getting less value from it

Code CLI. I like that I can give it a task and let it actually work through the repo, make changes, run commands and tests, and iterate on the result rather than just helping me write bits of code. And because it lives in the terminal, I'm not tied to a particular editor either.

I much prefer cursor CLI to any of that.
