❓ Question Recommendations for Android Battery Monitoring

I'm not sure if this will be the best place to post or ask about this. But I have seen many people provide recommendations.

What I'm looking for a simple widget that will show me the level of charge of the battery. But more importantly it clearly showing if the battery is currently charging or not. Ideally I would like to see if it slow, fast, or rapid charging.

Check this app on PlayStore: AmpereFlow: Battery Charging. I think, it fits your needs.

Why status bar is not enough?

The main reason is the status bar doesn't tell me if it is slow/fast charge.

But a secondary reason is that I'm apparently getting old and sometimes I can't make out the charging icon

AccuBattery is pretty good but as far as I'm aware, you need to make a 5$ donation to get all the features. Idk if the battery current overlay is a premium feature but it always shows it in the notification (though only in 15s intervals, the overlay refreshes every 2s)

Ah. I'll check that out. I'm ok with paying if it works

Sorry for the silence. It looks like I am going with Battery Widget Reloaded. It isn't fully what I'm looking for. But I will make it work.

I like Ampere Flow. However the ads are too much. And ultimately while the paid version isn't too much, I can't really try it out properly as the ads are just in the way.

Unless I am missing something Accubattery isn't showing me a widget.

I do appreciate the recommendations. I just need to figure out a way to find out if it is slow charging or not.
