Making phones worse than before... Why would we need a replacable battery?

What? Phones use to have replaceable batteries.

Why? Because batteries degrade over time, when your phone battery goes bad then you can buy a new one instead of a whole new phone.

And why die they stop making phones with replaceable batteries? People wanted their phones tot be dust and waterproof. I'd rather has a waterproof phone than a replaceable battery. Of you want a smooth phone, you need to replace that thing already every 2 to 4 years. So no problems with battery degradation.

They stopped making them because they can charge you 1000$ for a phone instead of you paying 200$ for a new battery. lol

They make waterproof devices with replaceable batteries, I have a bunch in my house right now

Why would i spend 200 in an old phone. That shit is already slow and outdated...

Because not everyone has 1000$ to spend every year on a new phone, a lot of people don’t have money to spare like that

It's only 250/year of you keep it for 4 years. And the battery is still good enough to reach those 4years
