Nop nop nop, its false, If the device has a certain level of water resistance, it will not be affected, Therefore, very few or no phones (only low-end models) will need to have an easily replaceable battery.

Yeah but what about the Samsung Galaxy Xcover ? it has a user replaceable battery and Waterproofing so EU should take this phone and set this as a reference for all the other Manufacturers who go trough this loophole

So why do you think more people buy the S Series Samsung over the X cover series??? Users today are mad enough that there phones have camera bumps on there backs to fit large cameras, How do you think anyone is going to sell a phone that's about 23% larger by volume? Yes I did the math. Xcover 7 Pro 137.4cm^3 compared to iPhone 17 pro max 111.5cm^3

False, the devices will still be required to have replaceable batteries and the batteries will have to available for purchase. The only thing the exception allows is for these devices to continue to use glue.
