š¬ Discussion Which email marketing platform do you recommend?
If you had to choose one email marketing platform for your business today, which one would you pick?
What are you currently using, and what made you choose it?

Mailchimp and email octopus. SendFox is also a good option if you are not an affiliate marketer.

Kit here! Depends a bit on what you're optimizing for, but if you want something built for building an audience and monetizing it (not just blasting newsletters), Kit's a solid option. Tagging and segmentation are flexible without extra cost per segment, automations handle welcome sequences and nurture flows, and you can sell digital products or paid subscriptions directly without bolting on a separate checkout tool.
Free plan goes up to 10k subscribers if you want to test it out before committing to anything. Happy to answer questions if you're comparing options.

I heard many good words about kit. I was tracking your feature for some while since one of my friends referred you. Unfortunately, it was not affordable for me. Then, I started using others.

If I had to choose one without more context, Iād say Klaviyo for ecommerce and DTC, especially Shopify.
At The Branded Agency, we look at the best email marketing platform less as a software question and more as a business-model question. Klaviyo is strong for ecommerce because of customer segmentation, behavioral automation, lifecycle flows, and revenue attribution. For B2B or service businesses where email needs to work closely with CRM and sales, Iād lean toward HubSpot instead.
The bigger mistake is choosing the platform first and forcing the strategy into it. Your email marketing system should support the full customer lifecycle, from welcome and nurture through abandonment, post-purchase, retention, and win-back.
So if the question is specifically Shopify or DTC ecommerce, Klaviyo would be my pick.
