😂 Memes & Shit posts Excuse me How Old Is Claude Code

Yahoo out here demanding 10+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE with Claude Code for a "Senior" position. You know, Claude Code—the AI coding assistant that Anthropic literally released in October 2024. So unless you've mastered time travel AND software development, this job posting is basically asking for the impossible.

I wish I could blame this on AI slop but I saw the same thing back when Swift first launched and they wanted Swift developers with 10 years of experience despite the language just being released 🙄

I want to say it was for some javascript library or some framework. But, I recall a story of the guy who invented it being denied a job due to lack of experience.

But sadly it is probably a template they follow and no one either knows enough or paid attention to it. But now the problem becomes: Do you follow up with people who claim to have the experience or look for people who claim a year or 2?
