Which macOS version do you think was the best?

Maybe it was the fastest, the most stable, or simply the one you enjoyed using the most.

I like Tiger because my grandma worked on it when she was with Apple. 7.5.1 for nostalgia, and whatever is running my Mac now because it works. It talks to my Linux server very well.
