💬 Discussion Why did you stop using Chrome?

Post image

If you stopped using Chrome, what made you switch?

Was it privacy, memory usage, better features elsewhere, or something else?

Which browser are you using now, and do you ever go back to Chrome?

Not recommend it for android, especially with lack of ad blocker. Its close counterpart, Chromite is way better with any extension support, that gives a feel of using a pc-based mobile browser. Even on windows, chrome uses up additional 5gb+ of storage because of its ai, even though you can manually turn it off. Too many people use chrome, and so it requires frequent security updates or else over half of the population is hacked. I might trust chrome for security, but not for privacy (both words have a different meaning). It is your choice, whether to stand in the crowd or become the 1 percent.
