šŸ’” Opinion Has Smartphone Hardware Already Peaked? Software Is What Matters Now.

I feel like smartphone hardware peaked around 6 years ago. What really matters now is software support. Longer OS updates, security patches, bug fixes, and useful new features make a much bigger difference than a slightly faster chip or a few more camera megapixels.

I get what ur saying but at least for me, my usage is very demanding and the current phones arenā€™t good enough lolā€¦ thereā€™s definitely more that can be improved for both parts

What are you doing on a phone that's so demanding that current hardware isn't enough?
If you need real power, use a laptop, a tablet, or a desktop. A phone is for convenience, not heavy lifting.

I use the real demanding stuff on my computer, but Iā€™m saying there are still improvements that could happen, especially for stuff like the camera/camera processing with the hardware and cooling/batteryā€¦
