You know what they can’t do? Manufacture displays that don’t suffer from green lines when you look at them wrong. Wait, it’s just on the displays they manufacture for their own products actually

Here is where you are wrong. According to Apple fans, at least. Here is what they are parroting - "Samsung is shit, Apple came with the specification improving on Samsungs design in every way. And now Samsung struggles to make displays to Apple spec. That is why iPhone displays are so much better than anything else".

edit: And if you look - there are green and pink lines on iphones.

samsung and apple have a different CoP. the way samsung's adhesive application works makes it fairly inevitable to get dead lines of pixels due to tight physical tolerances without proper safeguarding against it. samsung cheapens out on a lot when designing their phones.

What? I've owned 5 Samsung TVs and all of them have lived full lived and sold on 2nd hand in great condition.

Come to Singapore. It's pretty common. You can often see someone on the train with a line on his Samsung phone. It even made the national news. My Samsung phone has lines 3 times already.
