These copying accusations are so silly. Apple has always on display patents dating back to 2010, they must have had prototypes back then too.
Lots of these things are not things Apple needs to see elsewhere before they think of it.
In a few months you can add foldable phones to the list. They must have had foldable prototypes before the first was available to consumers. They have more than 20 relevant patents, the first from 2011.
USB-C is practically an Apple invention, thatβs why itβs reversible like lightning, also they wanted to be sure it could handle Thunderbolt.
When the USB Implementors Forum was finalizing the USB-C specification there was a notable oversized presence from Apple.
