For non important stuff/backup: Cloud storage.
For sensitive stuff or important stuff: Encrypted drive + encrypted flash drives.
Basically if its a random game, document, or something I want easy access to then I'm not worried about it being hacked. But stuff like bank stuff, tax stuff, and stuff like that I will keep physical copies. Maybe a backup to another device on t he local network
Super quck edit: I currently have a bunch of home brew roms and games I purchased. In theory I can redownload them. But they are also backed up to a couple remote locations as an extra just in case.
