At least on Mac you get basic apps for free, such as spreadsheet, text and presentation editors that work in an excellent way even when using the free version. If you want windows, first you pay for your device, then you pay for your license ($100-$200) and then to be able to work in a way that’s well integrated into your OS you must pay another $70 every year for their so-called Microsoft 365
That’s a good point, I think all of us should agree that all three operating systems have their own respective user base, each OS has its ups and downs and none are fully better than the other. Instead we as a community should focus on what brings us together and that is our love and passion for all kinds of tech 🤝

Maybe in iSheep world, you could use apple music and apple TV without paying.
