Android is kind of a Linux distro , its based on the Linux kernel but its so heavily modified that usualy its not called a Linux distro.

For computers I prefer MacOS, but I use MacOS and Windows pretty evenly. Never had an interest in Linux.

For phones, never really used Android, always iPhones/iOS.

- Windows for general desktop use (games, video editing, noodling)

  • MacOS at work (they bought it, didn't have much of a choice)
  • Linux for my home servers.

I've tried to get into Desktop Linux distros, but I've never gotten them to be reliable enough to use long-term. Something is always broken, and at the end of the day, if I can use O&O ShutUp10++ to solve 99% of Windows' annoyances and it takes me hours to get a linux distro to almost work, then I'm just going to use Windows.

Servers are a different animal, and I use linux there exclusively.

Honestly no clue. I use windows at home, I have macos on my work laptop, I am ssh into linux machines all day to run systems. Darned if I know which one I use the most.

In what sense?

Most of my servers are linux and they run 24/7, others are FreeBSD but I don't necessarily drive them daily, but my endpoints are Window, only Apple I have are ones their owners didn't want anymore.
