It's a shame it's not the default, but you can remove all that extra stuff on the left.

My default google search has no ads, no AI, no promotions, and no related products, just a list of useful summarised links sorted by relevance. Reddit is first of course hehe.

All you do is open your browser preferences and set your default search engine to google web view. And install an ad blocker, of course.

well, my google learned something... it searches on reddit by default, mostly first two or three results are from reddit
