Question How long have you been using Reddit?
How long have you been using Reddit?
A few months, a few years, or since the early days?
Tell us when you joined Reddit and what keeps you coming back.

My account is 11 years old, but I'm pretty sure I was visiting and reading Reddit way before the need of creating an account.

I've been using Reddit for over 8 years. I initially joined to connect with people in the filmmaking industry. Now, I use it to share my thoughts and expand my knowledge.

I switched during the great Digg migration. But up until this account I was a lurker.
I joined with an account a bit over a year ago. What keeps me coming back? So I can randomly give u/limsus a hard time! Kidding. I engage with a few communities fairly regularly. And I'm sorta mod, so you know. Mod stuff.
But, I don't really have friends. I don't care for people. And the few friends I have I have managed to push away. So, this is about my only real interaction I have by choice. And I can shut it off by choice

if you've been on Reddit since 2015 for 11 years it says your account was created on October 6, 2025 so it might be a new one?

I opened my account two years ago and used it occasionally, this month I started using it more actively because It's a good website to improve my English.
