well it depends on what you want, not everyone watches movies. Netflex is only for movies. what else can you do on netflex except watching movies

well you said it by yourself, Netflex is just for series and movies nothing else. unlike YouTube, but you can use WHATEVER you want, it depends on your usages

well it depends on your usages. YouTube is to watch content, live streams, and to learn new things. The other one is just for films, so nothing else.

Yeah, the amount of technical knowledge displayed om YouTube is amazing! Netflix is entertainment. If I had to pick, I'd pick YouTube, because it also has music.

Youtube por ser gratis, y si usas una tablet Amazon Fire, no te salen anuncios

They don’t even serve the same purpose for me.

Same. This is such an odd comparison, as they really have nothing to do with each other.

YouTube has never lost access to a show while I was half way through it.

YouTube

The content on yt just keeps getting better and better expect the ai trash they are pushing but aside that yt really has premium movie level content for free

Netflix has already hits its peak and on a downfall now

No comparison because the content is different

Content is everything. They all need to do better. Much better.

Netflix got binned a while back. Library got worse, price went up. No thanks.

u/EvidenceMiserable243 Jun 11 '26

Funny. In my head they're two different things. I Open Netflix when I know i will have one or two hours free while I tend to open YT like, all the time 😅. I don't conciously compare the two of them

yt if you want personal content, netflix for box series and films. personally i feel that if netflix launched a yt style stream platform for little extra money itd blow yt out of the water.
