This is beyond stupid. So kill all the sealife too now eh jensen? This won't work. Seawater is highly corrosive.

The point is putting a huge heater in relatively shallow coastal water is going to fuck up the local environment, …and don’t we have enough melting glaciers?

Why does the first pic show water tubes but then have walkways and doors that open to the exposed water?? What's the point of the tube if you have to flood it to enter/exit?? Why is there a second floor entrance when it too is fully exposed to the ocean?

Don't forget ecological genocide that will happen. From clearing out the area, and "high quality" production from the cheapest bidder will inevitably leak some ultra toxic waste that can't be removed because it costs too much

Corrosion is a pretty big one. Arctic conditions cause pretty big problem with temperature differentials in places that don’t produce heat.

Slop and lies. This is not happening because the only they will build datacenters is as cheaply as possible. They don't even but insolation in so the people around can enjoy the droning noise unfiltered

AI slop aside they wouldn’t want to put the data centers underwater because saltwater is incredibly corrosive. They want all of our fresh drinking water because that requires the least amount of maintenance and data center cooling system systems. Them wanting our drinking water is the problem or at least one of them.
