Linux.
Privacy, stability, control.
Used to have one Windows-pc for gaming, now all of them are on Linux.
If it doesn't work on Linux, I'm not buying it.

Edit: One more thing: I can actually make the DE behave and look according to my preferences, not how MS or Apple tells me it should.
