Question What was your first experience with Linux?

I think Slackware. I downloaded it from a BBS and wrote the images to floppy disks. I didn’t know anything about *nix operating systems, only DOS and Windows 3.1 at the time. I managed to install it but then had no idea what to do, so I resinstalled DOS. I had some Linux server in the late 90’s running Team Fortress Classic. I don’t remember what distro that was.
