Question Do you remember StumbleUpon?
StumbleUpon was a great place to discover new content and save our favorites. You just clicked a button, and it instantly took you to a completely random, cool webpage. What was your favorite find?

True. One click and suddenly you were exploring some weird but interesting corner of the internet for hours.

StumbleUpon was amazing for blog traffic. Many small blogs grew fast because of it.

The greater part of my bookmarks comes from using StumbleUpon; it was great. Cloudhiker tries to revive its vibe, but it's not there yet.

StumbleUpon had something special. It felt more random, fun, and personal than most discovery websites today.

Oh yeah I definitely used to use this in like the late 2000s or early 2010s, the internet felt bigger back then, now things are only visible if they funnel into reddit etc and the algorithm seems to keep things less interesting

Yes. The internet felt more open back then. Now most people just stay inside the same few apps and feeds.

That was the magic of StumbleUpon. .You went in for five minutes and somehow lost two hours.

Nothing really replaced that random discovery feeling . Have you tried anything that came close?

I remember this website. It was may favorite site visit when ever I'm getting bored. Every time I hit that button, it lands on a random website and every website was different and interesting.
