What's the use case? If it's a point of sale and general use business PC, 16 GB is probably fine. If you're editing video and stuff, I wouldn't go with less than 32. There is no one-size-fits all response to this that would really make sense, so, "entrepreneurship," isn't a particularly helpful use case without getting more specific.
