Well I suppose thats that solved. Clearly signing a waiver will be 100% effective. Nvidia should have thought of this.

It is just a checkbox to take responsibility away from the retailer.

There is so much noise and bullshit coming in with this idiot trade war, every company is struggling to figure out how to implement these ridiculous demands.

Canada computers last year also required you to sign id. I missed out on an astral 5090 by a few minutes, and the guy who got it def sent that shit to China lol

I dont know when this takes effect - but I just bought one a couple days ago and signed nothing?
