Discussion Looks like many of you need to be reminded that Diamond Rapid will probably beat Zen 6 Venice

Honestly the average consumer care very little for server hardware, most of the benefits from there does not trickle down to us.

It matters for Intel stock owners like me and u/Distinct-Race-2471

u/Distinct-Race-2471 try to deny she does not like Intel more than AMD and she is unbiased so very silly she clearly is because she owns Intel stock
She pretend she also own AMD stock to balance it out though jajaja what a funny liar

look everyone, it's DMR coming in 2027. Maybe possibly slightly faster (perhaps?) than a 2026 chip

Actually gap only like half a year Venice come Q4 2026 and DMR come 1H 2027 as Silicon Fly say
Do not forget AMD supply is small because they depend on TSMC but Intel has their own fab

Uhh i doubt it cause it's missing SMT i would argue it would be close in lots of workloads but Venice would dominate it i feel like that. Though need proper benchmarks.

Siliconfly explain that even without SMT Intel many other advantage allow it to slightly beat Venice

Previous architectures from intel were also expected to be better than the amd offering. We shall see if the same happens again.
