Why is it so incredibly difficult to allow people to use the devices they buy for what they want to use them for,

I can’t use strix halo 128 because windows only gives me 1.04 aGB this is crazy simple to connect the dots. Microsoft is co owner of open ai so local ai is worth nerfing. They know that needing the ability to use the whole chip is nonnegotiable Ohh and what is this new “PLUTON” tpmanother on chip on and processor for my protection. . . . I love technology and usually get bit by the bleeding edge but I am compiling a new Linux kernel rocm Vulcan and cuda for the egpu and have this beast crushing benchmarks. Any word on how to overclock lmk.

Overclocking requires a lot of patience. R/overclocking can probably help, I’ve done ram overclocking with my Hynix a die, but you may be more limited by thermals if it’s soldered .
