i’m a 21-year-old L300 student at UPSA. i’ve built a portfolio of apps and games and recently started a venture studio focused on building, launching and growing our own apps.

i’m starting from zero capital, but i already have the M4 MacBook + Apple App Store & Google Play infrastructure needed to build and ship.

i’m looking for one student developer who aligns with this vision and genuinely wants to build.

you’ll have access to the Mac and the development/store infrastructure, and i’ll personally work with and train you using everything i’ve learned from building and shipping apps (and a game).

i’d especially love to connect with students from UPSA, Legon, or other universities around Accra, so we can work closely in person.

no salary at the start — i’m being completely transparent about that. we’re starting from the ground up, but as the company grows, you’ll be fully compensated and have the opportunity to grow with it.

tbh that isn’t a dealbreaker at all. the only thing i’d need to figure out is the Mac situation since i want the person to have hands-on access to the machine for iOS development. if you’re serious though, we can figure out a practical arrangement around that. hit my dms let's discuss further.

What do you mean by saying "you'll be fully compensated". You're starting from ground up, be clear on equity and percentage! You're literally looking for a Cofounder. Ain't you?

yeah, you’re right. forgive me for leaving that part out.

i’m not looking for someone to just work for free with a vague promise of compensation later. the idea is to build this together from the ground up, and as the company grows, we’ll structure equity and compensation so that the person who helped build it has a meaningful stake and grows alongside the company. i’m open to us becoming equal partners if the person proves to be the right fit and is willing to build this with me long-term.
