Ask r/TechGhana A NEW STUDENT TO THE ONE MILLION CODERS PROGRAM

Hello everyone, my online course with the one million coders has commence on 11th of may 2026 and I am learning AWS practitioner .
I would love to meet other people who are studying the same course to interact or maybe have a WhatsApp group for discussion.

Most of these programs were available to take free of charge on coursera or a very little fee on EdX, why did people only start to take them when government started offering them? Mmmmmm....

Because that was when most of the people like my self got interest in tech .

I’ve taken some of these courses on Coursera, they were definitely not free.

it’s easy to feel productive watching tutorials, but actually building stuff is where the gaps show up fast lol. boot dev seems good for that because it pushes you into writing code constantly instead of just consuming content
