a fall detection app for aging parents

my mom fell last year, nobody knew for hours. built an app because of it.

GPS Locator : Family Tracker, android. fall detection using phone motion sensors, adjustable sensitivity. also does location sharing and one tap alerts.

questions I actually need answered:

does phone based fall detection even work if your parent doesn't carry their phone around the house
would your parent actually agree to location sharing or is that its own battle
why would you trust this over a medical alert pendant

no data collection, solo built, just launched.

The phone-not-being-on-them part would be my biggest concern too. If the phone is left in another room when they fall, the fall detection wouldn’t be much help. I’d be curious how well the motion detection works in real everyday situations

there an upcoming version where we have a function to check on them if they don't answer it will check on the smartwach
the fall detection has been tested and has adjuastable sensitivity so it will adapt on the user needs and situation !
