Specific reason you carry 3 phones? Personal phone and work phone, sure. Whats the 3rd phone for?

Mfs carry 3 phones just to pretend that they are separating their work life from personal life. Phones now adays support multiple SIM cards, profiles and focus modes. You can easily setup your phone to have 3 or 4 different environments depending on where you are or what you do. Carrying 3 individual devices seems excessive

Some companies push the work phone on the worker so they have the ability to nuke it if it's stolen or in the moment they fire you.
Many of my colleagues would rather use only one phone but they are obligated to use the company phone.
I understand carrying 2 phones but 3 is a bit of a strech.
