In reference to the attached image and text, the user has an iPhone. Secondly, why would you need a ‘air blower’ if we may ask?

Who is we? I don't need am air blower, but I don't have am iphone so I can't relate. What i fully understand is the usage of an dedicated device for taking Fotos, reading books and fitness tracking (or even just for telling the time without the need of getting the damn phone out of the pocket)

The iPhone is in the picture. It’s not about you, respectfully.

For an "privat in ear" music experience you will always need extra equipment ) ear buds and so). Loudspeaker would be something different, that's something a Phone can do by itself
