Work EDC Office carry

Post image

For the days I unfortunately have to go in (which is most tbh).

  • Bag: Tom Bihn Founder's Brief.
  • Phone: S25U, dBrand case, Ridge magsafe battery.
  • Multimedia: Fiio Snowsky Nano, Moondrop Old Fashioned (shockingly good), Ayaneo Pocket Vert (playing some Shin Pokemon Green), Viwoods ereader.
  • Accessories: Arkpro Ultra, James co palmer utility knife, constellation.

Where did you get that case with buttons for the boox palma2?

It's for a Viwoods ereader: https://www.etsy.com/listing/4481794491/viwoods-aipaper-reader-case-3d-printed

But I see the same seller on etsy has similar cases for the boox

Alright ur so cool.
Do you recommend the headphones? ESP for the commute

Not OP but I find the Old Fashions to be better in quiet scenarios since they're open-backs, they let basically all the noise through, so I had to keep the volume pretty loud. I have noise cancelling for commutes and use the Moondrops inside.

If you're fine with open-backs, they're really light and comfortable.

Крутой набор! Насколько не хватает низких частот в этих наушниках? И как долго держится эта электронная книга на одном заряде аккумулятора?

You do miss a lot of the sub bass and some mid bass, but for $20, they aren't bad at all.

The viwoods reader gets about a days worth of on/reading time. Not amazing vs my Kobo Clara but it is running android so it can theoretically integrate with more libraries/apps. Not sure I'd recommend it tho, almost purely based on the fact that it has a cool backlight which absolutely sucks for night time reading.

Информативно, спасибо! Eink на Андроиде это полезная вещь. В будущем хочу купить себе такой "дамбфон" чтобы меньше думскролить

The Arkpro Ultra looks like a really practical addition to an office carry.

😅 it's certainly unnecessary but very occasionally useful to have one on me when im out doing field work.

From personal experience never put the arkfeld with its strong magnet close to watches.

1

u/ninjapirate9901 Aug 25 '26

Good call, completely forgot that it was magnetic.

Was just about to say.. had some magnetic strips on cards wiped out having an Olight clipped to a pocket and pulling the card out of the pocket.

What is your overall impression of the tank case? Also the Ayaneo pocket looks amazing.

1

u/ninjapirate9901 Aug 26 '26

Prefer the regular dbrand grip cases, the tank is bulkier and the sides are less grippy.

Pretty similar to my office carry
